The MOPC’s Tree Planting Committee will be distributing red oak, red maple and sugar maple seedlings this fall at the Pictou County Wellness Centre on Saturday, Oct 10th, 2026 from 9 a.m. until noon.
Trees will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis to residents of the Municipality of Pictou County. The limit is two trees per person and you have to come in person to receive the trees. Tree shelters and instructions will be provided.
