The Town of New Glasgow is providing a Comfort Centre at the North End Recreation Centre (534 High Street, New Glasgow), operating from 5:00 -8:00 p.m. A meal is provided during this time.
The Comfort Centres provide coffee/tea and allows residents to charge their electronic devices. Diapers and formula will also be available. The Town of New Glasgow is working in collaboration with Nova Scotia Power to clear streets as they work to restore power.
