District 7 Coun. David Parker laid a wreath at the Day of Mourning Ceremony in Trenton Sunday evening on behalf of the Municipality of Pictou County. The annual ceremony remembers workers killed or injured on the job and to re-commit to making workplaces safer for everyone.
