Congratulations to Scotsburn 4H member Tyler MacLean who was given special recognition during January's council meeting for his success at the Canadian Young Speakers Competition at the Royal Fair in Toronto in November 2022.
Tyler is an active member of the Scotsburn 4H club and inspires others to consider a career in agriculture. On behalf of the MOPC, Tyler was presented with a plaque by Warden Robert Parker, left, and CAO Brian Cullen, right.
