The Municipality of Pictou County’s public works team has been working around the clock to maintain services in the wake of post-tropical storm Fiona. We would ask residents to conserve water and limit sewer usage as much as possible. This will help relieve the strain on municipal infrastructure and our private partners who are helping us maintain these systems. Without power feeding our sewage pumping stations, some areas will not have sewer services until power is restored. For public works issues, please call our 24-hour emergency line (902-301-1825) or office line during work hours (902-485-4085).
