District 9 Coun. Peter Boyles presented his uncle Fraser Boyles with a plaque of recognition from the Municipality of Pictou County in honour of his 95th Birthday. Fraser is a veteran who served overseas in the Second World War. Happy Birthday to you Mr. Boyles.
