Two roads in District 1 will undergo name changes because of the twinning of Highway 104 and the opening of the new interchange in Barney’s River.
Coun. Don Butler put a resolution forward which called for the following changes:
Community Name: Kenzieville
Centreline length: 1.072 km
Description: From Jct. Trunk 4 to end of the cul-de-sac
Road Name: West Middle Brook Road
Community Name: Kenzieville
Centreline length: 1.047 km
Description: From end of the cul-de-sac to Jct. Trunk 4
Road Name: Bannerman Way
The road names will now be sent to the provincial government to prepare signage.
