The Municipality of Pictou County had its first reading of its sewer connection bylaw during a meeting on Sept. 3. Council will consider the adoption of the bylaw during its Oct. 7 meeting at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers.
If enacted, the bylaw outlines the requirements for connection to a municipal sewer system and clarifies the connects are not permitted for recreation and travel trailers.
